By using this website and booking services through GoldCut, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

## Services
All services are provided subject to availability. GoldCut reserves the right to refuse or withdraw services at any time without prior notice.

## Pricing
Prices displayed on the website or booking system are subject to change at any time without notice.

## Liability
GoldCut will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, allergic reaction, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.

## Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own belongings whilst visiting the premises. GoldCut accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.

## Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or clients.

## Website Use
All content, branding, logos, and imagery used on this website remain the property of GoldCut and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

## Privacy
Client information submitted through bookings or contact forms will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

## Amendments
GoldCut reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

# Booking & Cancellation Policy

## Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, in person, or through approved booking platforms.

## Cancellation Notice
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

## Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time, missed appointments, or failure to attend will result in 100% of the appointment fee being charged.

## Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Cancellation fees will still apply.

## Deposits
Certain services may require a booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

## Refunds
Completed services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter.

## Agreement
By booking an appointment with GoldCut, you acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.
